Upon completion of the inspection, a computerized Inspection Report is printed on site and presented in the Pillar To Post Inspection Report Binder, which also includes a seasonal maintenance schedule, and home filing system for important records/receipts. Digital photos are also utilized to better describe any defect or recommendation that we would have the client be aware of.

Pre-Listing Inspections for Sellers

We also offer home inspections for sellers prior to listing their home. This is so vital to understand and possibly handle any issues that may come up last minute in the sale of home. In addition, a Pillar To Post yard sign will be installed and extra copies of the inspection will be made available to prospective buyers. Clients/Agents that have utilized this important sales tool have told us that there is no doubt in their mind that this helped sell the home faster and made the process much less stressful.
